Privacy Policy

Pomegranatejewellery.co.uk respects the privacy of its customers. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more streamlined and enjoyable shopping experience. Your name, address, e-mail or any other information you may supply in the process of doing business with us will never be sold or shared in any way with any third party entity. We may from time to time send e-mail's, newsletters or marketing literature to past and current customers. You may request to have your details included or removed from our lists at any time by using the newsletter manager, displayed on our mailing list page, by using the unsubscribe links within our e-mails or by sending an e-mail to info@pomegranatejewellery.co.uk

Our business hours are 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Email or inquiries received outside of business hours will usually be answered the following business day, however, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the original purchase without charge. All cancellations must be sent via e-mail to 'info@pomegranatejewellery.co.uk'. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of the original order time or after shipping will be subject to the following returns policy:

Please note that all returns and refund requests must be sent by e-mail prior to 'info@pomegranatejewellery.co.uk'. Please do not return any items until we have sent an authorisation return number (ARN). Returns sent without a valid ARN will not be accepted. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase if in unused, unwashed and/or in an unworn condition. All original packaging and labels must be in tact and in place. You will be issued a full refund of the purchase price minus a 10% handling fee. Alternatively, subject to available stock levels, a replacement may be offered. Refunds do not include the original cost of shipping and packaging, nor the cost of return shipping. We recommend that all returned goods are sent 'recorded' or 'signed for' delivery. If the item is found to be defective, you will receive an additional shipping refund. All refunds will be issued after the items are received by pomegranatejewellery.co.uk. All sales are final on items marked 'clearance' or 'factory second'.

Shipping

Pomegranatejewellery.co.uk offers actual shipping cost on all domestic and international orders. All products ship Royal Mail First Class, Second Class or Royal Mail International Airmail. In stock items will usually ship within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Insurance on packages is optional and must be purchased if desired. If you are an international customer, please be aware of the possibility of custom/ import fees before placing your order.

Shipping Damages Returns

If your shipment arrives with obvious handling damage to the packaging, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. You can find our customer services number on our contact page.

If you find shipping damage after delivery, please send us an e-mail to 'info@pomegranatejewellery.co.uk' for further instructions. Do not throw anything away. Save all packing material and leave package undisturbed until you talk to us. Do not ship the package back to pomegranatejewellery.co.uk until you are told to do so. We will make a claim with the carrier, and ship you a new replacement for the damaged items.

Payments

For UK Customers only, payments can be made via Personal cheque or Postal Order. If payment is not received within 4 working days of the initial order, items will be reassigned to general stock and may incur subsequent delays in shipping. For all UK and international customers credit/ debit card payments are accepted securely from our web site via PayPal.

Sending Gifts

We are happy to ship your order to a gift recipient and include a free gift card. Please use your address for billing purposes, but provide the gift recipient's address in the shipping area. In the comments section you may add the text that you would like on your gift card. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Policies may change at any time without prior notice.

Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, descriptions, and pictures on the pomegranatejewellery.co.uk web site or sales literature are subject to change without notice. Pomegranatejewellery.co.uk is not responsible for inadvertent errors on this site and may cancel or refuse orders that involve items with errors.

Right of Refusal

Pomegranatejewellery.co.uk reserves the right to refuse sales as deemed necessary.

Limits of Responsibility

Pomegranatejewellery.co.uk accepts no responsibility for losses or damage caused by any items we sell. All products are intended for their designed use and must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines. All items we sell are intended for personal use and are not intended to be re-sold. pomegranatejewellery.co.uk offers no warranty, expressed or implied for any item we sell. For warranties, we have the addresses and contact information for all manufacturers products that we sell.
