How will you send my jewellery ?
If you aren’t able to collect from our studio in Rottingdean, then we will send your order via Royal Mail special delivery, next day delivery.
What materials do you use ?
We create our designs in 925 Silver, 9ct Yellow Gold, 9ct White Gold, 9ct Rose Gold, 14ct Yellow Gold and Platinum, you can choose the material that you prefer and we will guide you through what will work best with your design.
What stones do you use ?
We spend time sourcing our stones which are both precious and semi precious and natural. We can also source a specific stone if you are looking for something unique. Our range also includes alternatives to diamonds including lab grown and moissanites. With our lost wax range we often create one off pieces as the stones are rare and one of a kind.
Can you re-size my design ?
We will make sure that your ring is custom made to your required size but if you decide you would like it re-sized we can work with you to change it but we will charge a re-sizing fee of £70. Some designs will not be able to be re-sized due to the gemstones.
What if i change my mind ?
If you change your mind after placing an order, we will work with you to provide an alternative solution but as our pieces are handmade we cannot unfortunately provide a refund.
Do i need to book an appointment ?
Do pop in and see us we would love to see you, alternatively you can call us or send us an email using the contact form,.
I have bought a piece of hand sourced jewellery but want to return it, can I ?
We will accept a return if you notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order, please note that earings are non returnable. If the item is faulty we will pay for your return postage.
Do you ship internationally
Yes we do, we will send all of our international order via Royal Mail International servce. Typically we would allow 5-6 weeks for the creation and shipping of your design and please note that once we have shipped your items they will need to go through customs so there may be a delay.
