Ev and Steve were so lovely and had three styles of bracelet that I had been searching for. Went with two friends and it was such a lovely time and now I am blessed with the most beautiful permanent reminder.

Unfortunately the stone has recently fallen out and we discovered a crack and small hole in the gold. We took the ring to Brighton but were told it was irreparable. We were walking past the shop on Saturday and I noticed that they did repairs. We took the ring in on Tuesday and collected it today. What wonderful service. The ring looks fabulous and is back in it’s rightful place on my husbands hand. I can’t that thank them enough. I will never go to another jewellers.”

“Pomegranate Jewellery is a delightful gem on the far corner of Rottingdean High Street.
Apart from making and selling beautiful jewellery, the kind and empathetic owner Steve also reshapes, restores and resurrects metal objects, some previously lost for many years.
My brass scales - rescued by German neighbours from the SS who came to arrest my Jewish grandmother and take her to die in Ausschwitz concentration camp - had languished at the back of a box in cupboards, grey and hidden for many years.
Steve restored the scales to a shining, golden colour. So now I have an object of historical significance (as well as my Libran birth sign) to donate to the museum in Bremen.”
